Kevin Durant Continues to engrave its name in the books of NBA history.
Durant (36) became the eighth player in NBA history To achieve 30,000 points when he scored free throwing in the third quarter in the third quarter in Fenix Suns’ 119-122 loss from Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday.
Durant joins LeBron James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Dirk Nowitzki and Wilt Chamberlain at a 30,000-point club.

Julius Erving also outweighs the 30,000 point mark when you combine its points scored in the NBA and ABA.

Durant scored 34 points at 12-18 shootings in Suns’s loss.
