Intuitive Machines based in Texas is “ready to leave” by launching its second month landing mission, which is expected to explode on Wednesday.
Reuters reported that the Company CEO confirmed that the Universe Research Company was “ready to move”, scheduled for launching its six-legged Nova-C Moon Lander, Athena, Wednesday.
Athena will be launched on the ship by the Spacex Falcon 9 rocket from Nas -e Kennedy’s space center in Floridawith a starting window from 19:02 and 19:34 et.
Intuitive machines are planning to land a lunar stone near the moon pole, near the shackleton crater, where it will be drilled to the surface and search for water, ice and other gases.

This week, Trent Martin, an older spacecraft vice president on intuitive machines, said at a conference calling that they are not currently facing any problems with Nova-C, adding that “she is recessed and ready to leave.”
It’s a mission part of NASA$ 2.6 billion Commercial service of useful load (Clps) Initiative. In August last year, the company was awarded a contract of $ 116.9 million in accordance with CLPS for delivery of six scientific and technological useful loads on the southern pole Lunar.
Intuitive machines made history last year when it became the first private company to successfully landed on the moon.

The moon from the company for last year’s mission, Odysseus, arrived on the surface of the moon before it overturned.

“We are not dead yet,” said Mission Director Tim Crain, saying that the equipment is on the surface of the moon and transmits. However, the condition and orientation of the equipment was still not unknown.
The last time the US spacecraft touched the moon was in 1972, during the Apollo 17 mission.
