US President Donald Trump on Friday had a tense conflict with a democratic governor regarding his executive orders prohibiting transgender athletes to compete in women’s sports. The governor replied abruptly, saying to Trump, “See you in court.” The command allows US government agencies to deny the financing of schools that allow transgender athletes to participate in women’s teams. Trump also stated that he plans to invite the International Olympic Committee to revise its rules on transgender athletes ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
