The National Cricket of South Africa has announced a replacement for Anrich Nortje for the upcoming ICC champions of Trophy 2025 on Sunday. The versatile Corbin Bosch was received aside, which debuted for Proteas in December last year.
The South African National Cricket team, which recently announced its team for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 ICC Champions, faced a big blow after discovering the side. Pacer Anrich Nortje star is excluded from a repetitive back injury. Pacer was out of action from the T20 World Cup 2024.
The absence of Anrich Nortje will be a huge blow for the national cricket of South Africa team, as they will go to the tournament without their key pacer. Corbin Bosch has only played one of the ODO in his career so far and he will surely miss the experience on the big stage.
Apart from this, South Africa also added a young Pacer Kween Maphak to the team as a passenger reserve. He, along with the dough Tony de Zorzi, will travel to Pakistan on Sunday (February 9th) for three-series against Pakistan and New Zealand.
