Pro-Trump influencer will take legal proceedings against New York magazine because of ‘overwhelming’ title story

First on the fox: CJ Pearson takes legal proceedings against New York magazine after his “overripe” the title story for which he feels falsely painted Pro-trumps Conservatives as racist.

New York Brock Colyar writer warned that the new generation of “casually cruel trumpets” “wins Washington” in the cover of the cover, “Trection Children”. The great feature has since set fire to the fire for pruning black participants from the cover, and quoting the participant who complained “the whole room is white”.

Pearson has not yet filed a lawsuit, but gave the magazine an official notice he plans to sue.

“They fail to slander us like racists. I can’t slander us in the press. We have to reciprocate and keep our feet up to the fire,” Pearson told Fox News Digital.

“I’m sick and tired of the left -wing media who have a license to lie about conservatives and I can never be responsible,” he continued. “If they want to slander us as racist, they should pay the costs when they do.”

Pearson, a national co -operator of the Advisory Council for Young Republican National Committee, said his party was intended to be honored with the key influence of the election.

“The party blew up because the journalist of New York magazine … decided to be slander to everyone in the room, trying to portray the event as if it were a KKK Kumbaya Pizza party,” Pearson said.

“This was a cheerful celebration that celebrated the fact that we returned and that we finally have someone who is coherent, someone who actually cares for the American people in the White House,” he added. “I think the New York magazine was very clear in the body of their work that they wanted, you know, describe it and portray it as a completely white exclusive affair.”

Pearson, who had previously spoke of X, said that nothing could be beyond the truth, and the party was not only organized by a black man, but also attended “many blacks.”

“The title contractor was a black man, Waka Flock Flame, no longer getting black than that,” Pearson added.

Pearson’s hand is visible in the title photo, but his body and face were cut. He said he was “appalled” when he realized he was cut from the cover, but his anger did not stop.

“I was still crumpled when I realized that other people who had been cut had one pretty striking similarity with me. We were all in color. And I think it was absolutely intentional,” he said.

“They wanted to make us look like KKK Lite, so they turned off all black people from the photo. Because of this, they turned off all black people from pieces as a whole,” Pearson continued. “Because of this, they excluded me from the story and did not perform a basic journalistic duty to turn to my comment, because they already had their narrative before they entered the door. They already had, you know, the lies they went to say before they were they even sat down to write the article. “

Pearson said his legal team evaluates the facts about the situation and applicable statutes and plans to move “pretty fast”.

“I think if anyone considers the media responsible, we should start now. And I think in the spirit of President Trump we have to fight and we have to fight hard. I can’t slander us as racist,” Pearson said.

“I can’t slander us in the press. We have to reciprocate and keep our feet up to the fire,” he added. “And when we do this, I guarantee that you will think a lot more the next time you want to slander the crowd of people for simply the love of America, love their country and love President Donald J. Trump.”

Pearson thinks it’s time to “run in a new era of responsibility in the media” and feels that Trump has set the tone. His comments come to the heels ABC News ’15 million dollars of settlement And Meta’s $ 25 million settlement with Trump, along with the reports that the CBS News Paramount is reportedly considering its own settlement to end the legal struggle with the high roles against Trump.

The New York Magazine did not immediately respond to a commentary request regarding Pearson, which takes legal proceedings.

New York Magazine previously made the next statement Fox News Digital: “The latest cover of the magazine explores the new class of conservatives that led Washington with a storm through the lens of the inaugural weekend. The restaurant was pruned to the center of the image published in full online, and we believe the cover and the story give the exact impression of the weekend.”
