Authorities believe that she may have drugged Manzano and then stole his credit cards before the authorities found him dead.
Colbert was denied a bond on Thursday.

Detectives found that one of Manzan’s credit cards was missing while processing his hotel room, Conley told reporters during a press conference on February 8th. The authorities then received a search warrant that allowed them to follow the locations where the credit card was used after Manzano was found, which led them to Colbert.
The suspect is related to other alleged cases of drugs and robberies in New Orleans and Las Vegas, and Conley believes that she may be involved in the death of another man in New Orleans.

“We suspect that the investigation will lead to the fact that she is involved in another death case in the city of New Orleans back in December,” Conley said. “We work with [the New Orleans Police Department].
