The US judge refuses to stop Trump’s pressure on the reduction of federal workforce | News Donald Trump

The United States referee presented the temporary victory to President Donald Trump and billionairer to the technological Mogulu Elon Musk, deciding against a temporary abstinence order that will slow down their Efforts to redeem Federal agencies.

District Judge Tanya Chutkan on Tuesday became part of a lawsuit that launched 14 countries, claiming that Musk’s Government Efficiency Department (Doge) has no authority to release federal workers or access sensitive data.

Chutkan concluded that Musk is the legal authority to perform the shooting and a decrease in funds questionable, but that the states failed to prove direct damage that would justify the restriction.

Still, she expressed compassion for the state of the state, saying that “they legitimately question into question what seems to be an unproven authority of an untimely individual.”

“The unpredictable actions of Dogea have resulted in significant uncertainty and confusion,” Chutkan wrote, noting that Doge “did not create a congress” and that he has little supervision.

It was a rare legal victory for Trump’s administration, which recorded several federal courts who issued orders to stop their actions.

Ever since they entered their duties, Trump and his allies have quickly moved to weaken the federal agencies that the conservatives have been watching with Irea for a long time, claiming that they have exploited a wasteful consumption and an indefinite “fraud”.

Experts and democratic officials have questioned the legality of some of these moves.

The lawsuit on Tuesday was led by 14 state prosecutors. He sought to ban Doge employees to receive sensitive information from the Government Departments, Education, Health and Human Services, Energy, Transport and Trade, as well as the Staff Management Office.

Looking for a limiting order, the states also hoped that they would prevent Dogea from releasing federal workers or putting them in leave.

Their case depends on the argument that Musk and dogs the powers that Congress must approve.

Trump announced the creation of DOGE shortly after his re-election in November, saying that his goal would “disassemble the government bureaucracy, reduce excess regulations, reduce waste costs and restructure the federal agency.”

After taking office on January 20th, Trump signed Executive command Replacement of US digital services – an office that is in charge of updating government technology – with Doge, folding it into an executive branch.

The president has since signed another ordermaking the authorization of Doge needed for new employees in federal agencies. Doga also sought to access data among agencies, including the US Treasury, the Directorate of Social Insurance and Internal Revenue Service.

Critics warn that such an unhindered approach to information could create a conflict of interest in Musk, whose business rings may be among the data collected. They also claim that any unauthorized change in data systems in these agencies could be difficult to detect and undo.

Typically, nominated for high -level executive positions must go through the Senate confirmation process. But it is ambiguous that the man’s role is in the Government.

Musk spoke openly about his plans for reducing the funds and dismissal of employees from different government agencies. In recent weeks, he often appears in the White House, including visits to foreign leaders like Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Caroline Leavitt White House secretary claimed on Tuesday that Musk acts as a “senior advisor to the president, if you will.”

At a press conference later during the day at his Mar-A-Lazla Lawa River resort, Trump also asked about Musk’s role.

“Elon is, in my opinion, Patriot,” Trump replied. “You could call him an employee. You could call him an advisor. You could call him whatever you want, but he’s a patriot.”

When he was pressed if Musk’s approach to the Ministry of Defense and the Federal Air Force Administration would present a conflict of interest, given the fact that he had an airline, Trump was rejected.

“Obviously, I will not let the conflict of interest,” Trump said.

“I told Elon, any conflicts, you can’t have anything to do with that. So anything, maybe even space, we won’t let the Elon participate in it.”

Legal ambiguity created a dizzying list legal challenges and the counter-bubbles applied to numerous agencies and argued before numerous judges.

Musk leaned against the enemy rhetoric about government agencies, referring to a foreign agency for help to USAID as a “nest of nesting of radical left-wing Marxists who hate America.”

He also attacked judges who adversely ruled his efforts with Trump. After the judge ordered the renovation of the data sets that were cleaned from the websites of the Government agencies, Musk called him a “evil judge” that “must be fired”.
