Police arrest the apparent Zizian group leader related to the murder of an American border agent near Canada
The obvious leader Ziziana was arrested in Maryland with another member of the radical website, Maryland state police said on Monday.
Jack Lasota, 34, was arrested on Sunday with Michelle Zajko, 33, from Media, so they are facing multiple accusations, including decay, obstructing and hindering and possession of a pistol in the vehicle.
The warrant of the two of them is scheduled for 11 o’clock on Tuesday at the Allegany District Court.
The Zizijci, who were called a cult like, were related to the murder of US agent of the David Maland border patrol near the Canadian border on January 20 and five other killings in Vermont, Pennsylvania and California.
Malan, 44, was killed in shooting after stopping traffic in Coventry, vt., A small town about 32 kilometers from the border.
Officials offered several details about the running investigation, which opened after Malan was killed. The interviews of the Associated Press and Review of Court records and internet posts tell about how a group of young people, highly intelligent computer scientists, most of them in 20 and 30s, met on the network, shared anarchist beliefs and became increasingly violent.
Their goals are not clear, but internet writings include topics from radical veganism and gender identity to artificial intelligence (AI).
Lasota detailed blog theories
In the midst of all is Ziz, who seems to be the leader of a group members who call themselves Zizians. She was seen near multiple crime scenes and has to do with various suspects.
Lasota published a dark and sometimes violent blog under the name Ziz and, in one section, described her theory that two brain brain could retain separate values and sexes and “often want to kill each other.”
Lasota, who used her excuses, and in her writings she says that a transgender woman, who was breaking against perceived enemies, including “rationalist” groups, which mostly act on the network and seek to understand human cognition through reason and knowledge. Some deal with potential dangers of AI.
Lasota, 34, did not respond to several weeks of the E -Stand Associated Press, and her lawyer Daniel McGarrigle refused to comment on the question of whether Lasota was associated with any of his death. Prior to the arrest of the weekend, she missed a court appearance in two countries, and orders were issued for arrest warrants.
On Monday, McGarrigle would only confirm that he represented Lasoto, but did not confirm her arrest or any details of the latest case.
