In the midst of all criticisms, Captain Mohammad Rizwan defended the team and said he would not change any changes. However, the president of the Pakistan Cricket (PCB) Mohsin Naqvi Committee said he would review the team and added that Khushdil Shah and Faheem Ashraf had picked up the right intentions. In an interview with PTI he said:
“Selectors have the right to review any detachment that announces. Khushdil Shah and Faheem Ashraf are included in the team with the right intentions.”

Mohsin Naqvi added that the Pakistani cricket board (PCB) examines the team for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. He added that if they should make any change, they will do it because they have time until February 12th.
“Yes, they are looking at the team now because they have time until February 12 to make changes if they want.”
On the eve of the ICC champion of the Trophy 2025, Pakistan National Team Crick will play three-series against the national cricket team in southern Africa and the new Zealand national team for crickets. It will be a great opportunity for them to make their combination right in front of the tournament.
Khushdil Shah is included in the team because of the first OPE against New Zealand. It will be a great opportunity to justify his choice and help his team defeat. On the other hand, Faheem would like to get a game and prove his skill.
