Australia may have won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, but the Allround Mitchell Marsh had a hard time during the series. Marsh started the series as a top Allrounder in his team and marked dough number 6.
However, he was rejected to the final test after disappointing appearances in the first four tests. Marsh failed to pass fifty races, even once in the first four tests, and one of the main reasons behind that was the Jasprit Bumrah.
Bumrah was all over Mars in the series, and the latter had no idea how to deal with him. He beat the baton and not. times and dropped it three times in the series. Recently, Marsh discovered a hilarious incident associated with Bumrah, who had everything in separation.

4-year-old Jasprit Bumrah beats over Mitchell Marsho
Mitchell Marsh was present at the 2025 Australian Awards, which took place on February 3 (Monday). Allroulder spoke about the incident when his nephew bowed to Jasprit Bumrah. And guess what? Marsh’s nightmare with this action continued.

Mitchell Marsh on Australian Victory BGT 2024-25
During the 2024 Mitchell Marsh, the guys from the crisletter from the crislette, the popular podcast shows regarding the Crigate, were asked during the 2024, during the awards. Marsh returned with another humorous response claiming that Australia was playing well with 10 players.
“It was amazing, really … taken away from the Border-Gavaskar trophy, and the way the guys played especially with 10 players without me. They succeeded really well,” Allround added.
Up to 10 players Marsh was called a player out of shape. He was in a bad shape throughout the series and that was one of the few things that did not pass Australia in this series.
Beau Webster was replaced by Mitchell Marsh
Mitchell Marsh has scored 73 rides in seven stabs he has thrown into this series. He only had 10.42 with the best of 47. Allrounder also did not contribute much to the ball. He picked up 3 Wicksketing in the series on average 46.33.
At the final test in Sydney, he was replaced by another Allrounds Beau Webster in Sydney. Webster grabbed his chances with both hands and made vital contributions to the victory of Australia in Sydney.
The Webster best achieved his team in the first scams with 57 of 105 balls, then remained undefeated to 39 of 34 balls in the second ubac. While in the first scams he spoke neat magic, he finally picked up his maiden test scalp in the second.
