According to the lawsuit, Moraes ordered Rumble to block the “political dissident a” account, or confront the exclusion of a rumble in Brazil, but prosecutors claim that “the spread of misinformation” and “criticizing the Supreme Court” is perfectly lawful in us where there is a rumble. Truth Social says that would affect this and because it is partly relied on Tourism of rumble.
“The command of GAG, as it was announced, the censorship of the legitimate political discourse in the United States, undergoing fundamental constitutional protection contained in the first amendment, clashes with the Law on Decency of Communication and defying the basic principles of community,” the lawsuit continued.
Rumble and TMTG legal teams are seeking a judgment that declares Morales’ orders on implementation in the United States.
