“We reached with Mrs. Moore via Instagram to apologize for that and asked for more information than her laws, so we could better investigate what happened here,” Amazon spokesman Steve Kelly told Fox News Digital. “We have advised those who deliver for weeks on our behalf in southern California to use discretionary right in areas affected by fires – especially if it involves delivery of the damaged house – this obviously did not happen.”

On the same day, Moore – who evacuated with her husband Taylor Goldsmith and their three children last month – described in detail the painful experience in a separate post.
