Since joining the Jets in 2021 after two seasons with Jacksonville JaguarsWilliams saw 23 wins on 45 losses – percentage of victory .338. Johnson entered as the first league selection of 2022, and although he played only two games last year due to the torn Achilles, he also saw his nozzles below .500 in three seasons with the club.

This was not supposed to be the case in 2023 when the team traded for Aaron Rodgers and had a list of many believed that they would break their drought in the playoffs of a long decade. We all know how this happened after only four shootings at the 1st week of that year.

The 5-12 record, in which he saw Chief coach Robert Saleh, while the team continued to fight, eventually led to another new employment of the main coach, and this is some organization quite well in Aaron Glenn.

The first round by the 1994 organization, Glenn played a return shot for Jets eight of his 15 years in the league before he entered the training. This will be his first main coaching gig, but Williams and Johnson expressed their excitement that they made him a building to lead them where they wanted to go.

And that is a football game win.

“I am excited to see the culture he preaches, and also, the foundation we will build together. Because we have to have strong foundations before we build anything,” Williams explained.

When it comes to this foundation, Glenn set the tone, saying, “We are built for this with —” During his introductory press conference.

Now Williams and Johnson heard him with Saleh, whose motto was “all gas, without a brake”, which came from his own introductory pressure.

But these jet veterans know that they are players who buy, especially those higher leaders, what will lead this team in the right direction, moving in 2025.

Johnson provided an anecdote to explain why culture and foundation in the locker room are so important to success. And no, his story does not come from his time in the league, but his career on the Independent Community College – team for junior college, which was in the fourth season of Netflix’s popular “Last U.”

“My first year [in JUCO]We had a bunch of names, including me, “it started.” No one knew me when I was leaving Minnesota going to Junior College. We were basically the first team in school history, or 50 years, who won the ball game and won the conference championship. Again, I understand, that’s Junior College. But we had a bunch of names and no one knew [us]. We didn’t have a bunch of di players who came to play junior College – we had a bunch of grinder, didn’t we? And we did that.

“My Junior Faculty Conference, all over America, was the most concise playing conference. Alvin Kamara came from it and the other notable guys came from that conference. A long story short, next year, all these guys bounced – this guy He played in ‘Bama, played in Auburn, and this guy played on Netflix.

“So I say that I say you can have the best, most talented list in the world. You can have all Hype. If your culture and your foundation are not right, it doesn’t matter, and that will always be at all levels of football.”

Johnson didn’t say that directly, but that story has parallels with Jets. The four-time MVP striker, offensive weapons, including the one he traded in the middle of the season with a relationship with the aforementioned return blow, has enabled the best three defenses in the yards for the last two seasons. Still, the record is what is despite the talent.

So, yes, Johnson and Williams probably speak for their Jets brothers when they say they are tired of losing. But they are optimistic that Glenn and this new regime, which includes the new General Darren Mougey, a real group that needs to lead them forward.

“I am excited to start new things and start things with a big regime that I really feel like we have. And I already know the character of a boy in the locker room, so I know what I can do on the field. I am excited by the attack this season.”

Stay clean with Bounty

Another Super Bowl means another party Super Bowl that many will attend this year. This means that there will be a certain dish, and the wings are usually on the menu no matter where you go to a “big game”.

This is what Johnson and Williams nibble on during the interview, and the first fell wing, which said for the reason they both united with Bounty. They needed a solid paper towel to clean it.

“You can have all the best food in the world, you can take place the best fun, but think about how messed things up I can get someone’s hands dirty, someone has shed something. Look, what I’ve learned in life is, you may not be responsible for mess , or maybe you are.
