Jessica Simpson ‘afraid’ of herself before finding sobriety

In a new interview for CutSimpson – which is recently divided by husband Erik Johnson – Open about a positive impact that her sobriety had on her personal and professional life and shared why she “feared” herself a little while drinking alcohol.
“About 2016, ’17 “Every time I wrote, I was a little afraid. It was almost too much, especially because I drank at the time.”

“But once I gave up alcohol, the fears just diminished. They left. And it was much easier for me to approach myself artistically,” she continued.
“I thought excessively when I drank,” she added. “Making this record was not in the goal. It was only a vibration. There is not much of that in Los Angeles right now. If there is anything hit.
The Simpson representative did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital request for comment.

Her post welcomed a wave of support for fans and friends.

She continued, “I like to be present when I’m talking to people. I like to absorb what other people think, and I love listening. That blocked me to feel my life. Now I feel it, and I love it.”
“It is also good to prevent additional pounds. I’ll say,” Simpson added, “especially during the holidays.”
Simpson said her fears were “decreasing” after she stopped drinking.
Because she split from Johnson, recently the singer “irresistible” said she created “sexy” music as her latest project, “Nashville Canyon, 1st part,” is a collection of five tunes with souls and rockabilly infused.

“Discovering this music I’m something I did,” Simpson said. “Thank God I had Nashville, it was just a way to own myself and make a statement.”
Simpson described her first single, “uses my heart against me,” as a “sexy writing song.”
“I woke up with that lyric in my head,” she said. “Somehow you crave someone you want, and you don’t care if your heart is using you – if it’s only for one night. Like, give, just for experience.”
“I didn’t necessarily want him at the beginning of writing this board. I was in another place,” she continued.
“I am a woman now and I can do what I want and have freedom in music – I think you will feel it in ‘Nashville Canyon.”
