ITOJE: England has crucially lost the territorial battle in the second half; Lose Bonus Point might be important
English Captain Maro ITOJE speak with ITV:
“The first half was fantastic, [we did] Pretty everything we wanted to do. The second half we lost the territory and fought to go out.
“We had to consistently control the territory better throughout the game.
“It’s hard to dissect exactly what the reasons are at the moment. But it was a territory, we couldn’t go out to our half as effectively as we would like.
“This is a narrow competition and every point is important. I am proud that it does not surrender and play until the end.”
