England capitulated to 150 defeat while Abhishek Sharma of the 37-Lopt inspired India to win the fifth and last T20i in Mumbai.
Putting in Bat after England won the throw, Abhishek hit 13 sixties and seven fours on the way to shooting the second fastest T20 hundred hundred by Indians (135 off 54 balls), as England was set up 248 to win.
Phil Salt provided a short resistance, hitting the fastest T20 half a century of English dough against India, but his release at 55 wrote the end of England’s hope.
England lost Wickket to the first ball of the third, fifth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth transitions, with only Jacob Bethell (10) reached the double figures while India ended up with Ubacs with almost nine and a half. .
