Man El Salvador Sought for sexual crimes The involvement of a minor in his homeland in Philadelphia was detained by American immigration and customs implementation.
Ice removed Francisco Javier Melendez Torres, who was sought in El Salvador by the implementation of the law due to difficult rape of underage and sexual harassment, on January 31, he illegally entered the United States and had a final order to remove in December 2024.
“Removal of Francisco Javier Melendez Torres, a dangerous criminal stranger sought by a difficult rape of juvenile in El Salvador, emphasizes the dangers that individuals like him represent our communities,” said Brian McShane, an ice implementation surgery, an acting director of Philadelphia.
McShane said that Ice was “dedicated to ensuring that dangerous individuals like Melendez Torres do not find a safe port” in the US or threatening American citizens.

Melendez Torres was first arrested American border patrol February 5, 1986 near Rio Grandea, Texas. He was served an order to show the cause and notification of hearing, charging unacceptability, according to Ice Philadelphia. He was released on the same day at the order of recognition.
The immigration judge in Harlingen, Texas, received a voluntary departure on November 17, 1986, and from December 29, 1986 he had to return to El Salvador.
He was deported after he couldn’t leave until that date.

At some point, Melendez Torres returned to the United States and was convicted of driving while being weakened at Hempstead in New York on September 12, 1994. The court sentenced him to five days in prison.
He left again in an unknown date and returned without an inspection or a conditional immigration official.
Again convicted at Hempstead, New York messy behavior April 30, 2014 and was convicted of serving time.
Ice arrested him in Levittown, New York on October 25, 2024, during the “target implementation action” and served him notification to appear, charging unacceptability.

Immigration Judge in Elizabeth, New Jersey, ordered him to be removed December 12, 2024.
He stayed in the US until Ice Philadelphia collected him on January 31.
