Ice Philadelphia removes El Salvador Fuguvia accused of raping a baby home
Man El Salvador Sought for sexual crimes The involvement of a minor in his homeland in Philadelphia was detained by American immigration and customs implementation.

Melendez Torres was first arrested American border patrol February 5, 1986 near Rio Grandea, Texas. He was served an order to show the cause and notification of hearing, charging unacceptability, according to Ice Philadelphia. He was released on the same day at the order of recognition.
The immigration judge in Harlingen, Texas, received a voluntary departure on November 17, 1986, and from December 29, 1986 he had to return to El Salvador.
He was deported after he couldn’t leave until that date.

At some point, Melendez Torres returned to the United States and was convicted of driving while being weakened at Hempstead in New York on September 12, 1994. The court sentenced him to five days in prison.
He left again in an unknown date and returned without an inspection or a conditional immigration official.
