The US stops almost all the side of help while Trump is pushing the politics of America’s first.
For decades the United States were the largest single donor Help globally.
Last year, he secured more than 40 percent of the UN humanitarian budget.
But now, most of foreign assistance through the State Department is frozen 90 days, and only exempted emergency food programs and military assistance to Israel and Egypt.
Assistance supports initiatives ranging from health and education to safety and conflict.
