George Kittle Recipient of NFL Salute to Service Awards in the middle of $ 250 thousand in donations by military non -profit organizations
San Francisco 49ers The solid end of George Kittle was appointed winner of the NFL Salute to Service.
The award was first awarded in 2012 as part of the NFL and USAA obligations to recognize and respect military and veterans community.
Kittle is hosted by military members for every home game of Niners, donating over 400 tickets in the last six seasons. He and his family have created an application that offers free mental health services for veterans.

Kittle also donated more than $ 250,000 to military non -profit organizations and further emphasized military organizations through my cause of my carts.
“I am incredibly grateful and honored to be this year’s recipient of the Salute to Service Award. This is my fourth time nominating me 49ers, which is an absolute honor because it is important for me to show gratitude and support to the military,” Kittle said in a statement. “My gratitude for the army stems from the view of my uncle Pat -and serve with multiple tours with the National Guard, and firsthand I see how much it affects him and his family while he was abroad.
“Without my family and their unwavering support, I could not create these original and authentic relationships with real heroes and those who should receive this award, members of active duty, veterans, taps and families who lost their loved ones in the fire line. The victims they do, so we just try to honor them, show our support and share as much love as possible. “
