Freight Essentials is encouraged against the effort of WWEX Group to maintain a reduction in the third changed application for Freight Essentials against WWEX.

WWEX and its branches, Worldwide Express, Globaltranz and Unishippers, have filed proposal On December 17th to maintain editorial staff and seal an unregulated version.

The accused claim that certain details in the lawsuit contain sensitive business information that, if the announcements, could be harmed by their competitive position, but for a logistical company, they say that the industry can think otherwise.

“Globaltranz, Worldwide Express and Wwex used consumers and partners, pockets of millions in poorly obtained gains. In a sharp attempt to prevent public supervision, they want to keep the key details of their dishonest business activities hidden – I will fight against it and encourage others to join in contrast to this proposal, “said Dylan Advere, founder and CEO of Freight Essentials, said, said in the news release Thursday.

This proposal is followed by Freight Essentials Federal lawsuit, filed in the North District of Texas, accusing Wwex Group and its branch of hidden fee scheme that includes fuel costs and cargo insurance.

The lawsuit states that Globaltranz has mistakenly presented the cost of transportation, depriving the business development companies in their lawful payment of commission, while they allegedly inflated WWEX DNA lines with undiscovered fees.

In addition, Freight Essentials claims to be avenged for discovering a scheme when his contract was terminated without an appropriate announcement.

The latest legal move of the WWEX Group focuses on the Texas Rule of Civic Procedure 76a, which allows the courts to seal court records if the party can prove that the publication would cause serious damage and that there is no alternative method for information protection.

The proposal cites over 20 passages and more footnotes in the third modified request, which allegedly contains trade secrets and commercially sensitive information, including business plans, consultant growth strategies, key partnerships, revenue and margin information, details of the Globaltranz program and cite the privileged lawyers -client community.

The accused claiming that holding these details under the seal does not harm the public interest, because the basic allegations of an appeal for freight supplies remain available in the disrupted parts of the lawsuit.

If the court approves their request, the disorder of the petition will remain sealed. If rejected, the public could gain further insight into WWEX’s internal affairs and specifics of the alleged scheme of hidden fee.
