Fleetwood mac co -founder sticks to “fantasy” that Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham will finish feud

Nicks and Buckingham representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital for comment.
In the last few decades, Buckingham and Nicks have had some ups and downs. In the same year, in 1976, the couple joined Fleetwood Mac, went out and broke up. 1990 Nicks left the band.
Fleetwood Mac also consisted of Christine McVie and John McVie. After Nicks left the band, she remained close to Christine to her Death in November 2022. The star was 79 years old.

Christine joined the band in 1970 after marrying John, a Basista band. With Fleetwood Mac, she remained until 1997, when she announced that she was leaving the band after developing the fear of flying.
After years of semi-styling, she returned to the 2014 band. Fleetwood Mac embarked on a world tour that included Buckingham and Nicks. Christine and Buckingham joined for the 2017 album. “Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie,” which made his debut on number 17 on the Billboard 200. It was the last album she recorded before her death.

According to US Weekly, Nicks said that “there is no way to go” for Fleetwood Mac after Christine’s death.
Fleetwood agreed with Nicks.
“With the loss of Chris, it wasn’t expected. So it was a different version of it,” he told the socket. “And for me, just Stevie or Lindsay or it was Chris, they could really function alone. It’s hard to do it, and you hit the drum alone.”

Before Christine’s death, Fleetwood hoped the band would gather again.
“I miss playing as we used to. I hope that next year, one way or another, some band will say somewhere, come and play with drums or something,” he said. “So I always like to do everything I can do on the album that we can go with him next year. I don’t know, [but] Not Fleetwood Mac. “

In July 2024, Fleetwood shared a similar message, hoping that Nicks and Buckingham would be able to leave their differences aside.

“It’s no secret, it’s not titled that there is a wall of brick emotional,” Fleetwood said during an interview With Mojo.
He continued, “Stevie is able to clearly talk about how he feels and does not feel like Lindsey. But I will say, personally, I would love to see healing between them – and it doesn’t have to take a tour shape, necessarily.”
