First Open Gay DC Federal Judge Rakes Trump Administrator over a military trans prohibition
The first open gay federal judge at DC spent hours on Tuesday baking Trump’s administration for his attempt to codify the service conditions for Members of transgender services In the US army, seeking to determine the scope of potential damage to the transgender military staff.

“Can we agree that the greatest combat force that world history has ever seen will not affect any way less than 1% of soldiers who use a different pronoun than others might want to call them,” Lynch asked.

Lych noted in response that the administration is still awaiting further guidelines on the terms of the executive order of transgender persons, which will determine its impact on the staff, including six transgender prosecutors named in that case.
