Turks al-Sheikh gave up his efforts to fight between Canela Alvarenz and Terrence Crawford for September. Now he will try to compile Crawford vs. Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis 2025.
Mike Coppinger reports that Turks have “suspended efforts ” To make Canelo-Crawford’s conflict after Canelo decided to face Jake Paul on May 3. Turks now want to make Crawford-Boots this year. That struggle is the one wanted by Ennis boots and fans, but Crawford (41-0, 31 ko) is reluctant to take over.
Turks’ shift
Coppinger does not say why the Turks decided to give up the fight between Crawford and Canela for September. The rumors are that Turks lost interest in fighting Canelo-Crawford, because he did not want to put an event that would bring fewer PPV numbers in May than Canelo Vs. Jake Paul.
Maybe the soles will now want to fight the boots because the alternatives are 154 brutal. The division is filled with sharks that would agree to aging a fighter like Crawford.

IBF champion Welterweight Ennis will fight the champion of WBA Eimantas Stanionis in the United fighting on April 12 at Atlantic City, New Jersey. After that fight, Boots can face Crawford.
