Chelsea 4 – 0 Southampton

Chelsea secured the much-needed victory as they bounced from losing in three games by running Southampton 4-0 to Stamford Bridge to make the fourth in the Premier League.
Three first half in 21 minutes from Christopher Nkunku, Pedra Net and Levi Colwill set the Stamford Bridge on easily after a nervous start on the night when a small group of fans protested the club owned before the game.
Chelsea never looked back on it, and Marc Cucurella added the fourth goal, which placed the graduate academic Tyrique George from the bench, on almost perfect night for Enzo Marec because the results went for his team elsewhere in the Champions League race.
Not only did his side move to fourth place now, and the fifth is currently sufficient to qualify for the Champions League, but on Tuesday night they also beat two of their rivals, Bournemouth and Aston Villa, to add an additional incentive to Chelsea.
Cole Palmer’s fights in front of the goal are long -term concern, however, with Chelsea’s Talisman now without a goal in seven games in all competitions and without assistance at 14, after missing two famous chances of the first half. Trust is a seemingly problem.
For Southampton, a threat to a replacement of Derby as the worst team in the Premier League history is hiding big with 11 games. Three points are needed to avoid setting up a new record for the lowest points, which will be a fight for this collapse.
Maresca needed this victory, only Chelsea is the third in the last 11 league matches, otherwise the pressure would increase. But with the weeks of vacation now and Leicester their next opponents in the league, things are at least looking for Chelsea for now.
