Brett Favre says a viral conflict with Mark Gastineau about NFL’s record was “Setting up”

The conflict was presented at ESPN 30 for 30, “New York Sack Exchange;” Not by accident, Favre said he believed the meeting had planned “ESPN and/or NFL Movies”.
