Barcelona hosted Atletico Madrid on Tuesday in the first part of the Copa del Rey semifinals.
Hansi Flick’s side is the most successful team in the history of this competition and will want to flex that dominance against Atletico clothing that beat 2-1 when the two met in La Liga in December, and sit only one point behind the title race.
Here’s how Flick could be set for this one.
GK: Wojciech Szczesny – The Polish international, who did not play in the December conflict, had two flat clean leaves in this competition this season, although this is by far his strictest test.
RB: Jules Kound – Return to good books after his unhappy case saw him descending on the bench, Kounda was likely to have his hands full of hands with lively Samuel Lino.
CB: PABUBARSI – The young man just played 90 minutes against Las Palmas, but it is undoubtedly part of Flick’s return line and will probably keep his place.
