Center Beatrice Culliton’s Oklahoma fought for a color position with Smith when the two of them got tangled. Culliton raised his hand to create some separation, and Smith avenged himself, pushing her to the ground. Scott, who was also in the color area, replied by pushing Smith.

In the third quarter, Mulkey was hit by an interpreter held by Assistant Coach Seimone Augustus. At the time, LSU enjoyed the lead of 67-45. Mulkey continued to yell and direct a few seconds, while Augustus seemed to fight with a short moment of shock.
Later the judges estimated a technical offense after Tigers coach claimed that the call was invited against the star Flau’jae Johnson. Coach Oklahoma Jennie Baranczyk also got a technical technique at the second point in the game.
The Chippy game ended with a total of five technical offenses and 63 free throw attempts.

“We saw a lot of things tonight,” Mulkey said. “You have seen ejections. You saw two teams achieve more than 100. You saw the technical technique on the second flop …. a big screen, and I wasn’t really happy, but I don’t know if I pointed out on a trip.
Tigers’ victory 107-100 over the Soonra improved the LSU record at the seventh rank at 22-1.
