The Best Telecommuting Companies in 2025 Revealed, Some Paying Over $100,000


Some job seekers in 2025 may be looking for remote jobs, and a recent FlexJobs report identified the companies that had the most roles offering that arrangement.

The flexible job site ranked Working Solutions #1 on its “Top 100 Companies to Watch for Remote Jobs in 2025” list released earlier this week.

The company, which also took first place last year, describes itself as a “contact center outsourcer”.

FlexJobs determined its ranking of Working Solutions and the 99 other companies it included by looking at “over 60,000 companies and their remote job listings” in 2024. It considered fully remote and hybrid roles remote jobs.

In second place on the “100 Biggest Remote Companies in 2025” list, after Working Solutions, is Liveops, a contact center solutions company. Like Working Solutions, it kept the same position as the previous year.

Meanwhile, UnitedHealth Group sought candidates to fill the third-most remote positions in 2024, earning it the third-best spot in 2025. remote work companies, the report states. The healthcare giant is one of a handful of companies to appear on the ranking “every year since its debut in 2014,” FlexJobs said.

Recruitment firm Kelly and telecommunications firm Telus rounded out the top five, according to the report.

Number 6 went to Robert Half International, a staffing firm based in California. Prime Therapeutics ranked No. 7, followed by Transcom at No. 8, FlexJobs said.

The ranking put BCD Travel in ninth place for 2025. The travel management company has more than 15,000 workers, according to its website.

Amplify Education closes out FlexJobs’ top 10 for remote jobs. The company says on its website that it “creates K-12 core and supplemental curriculum, assessment and intervention programs” and reaches about 15 million U.S. students.

FlexJobs also highlighted the “upper remote job titles be looking for companies.” Among others, they included an accountant, a software engineer, an accountant, a customer service representative, and a project manager.

Salary for such positions varies. Accountants saw a median of $79,880 a year in 2023, while customer service agents earned $39,680 and software engineers earned $130,160, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

A separate ResumeTemplates survey released in late October found that 56% of full-time US workers said they were “already looking for a new job or planning to start one” in 2025.

About 17% of respondents who want to change jobs cited the desire to work remotely as the “main reason” for doing so, according to the survey.

More than 23% of workers aged at least 16 worked remotely at home “some” or “all” hours in November, data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showed.
