SpaceX lost communication with its Starship spacecraft as it headed into space during its seventh test flight on Thursday.
According to SpaceX, Starship experienced a “rapid unplanned disassembly during burnout” after it launched from Boca Chica, Texas.
Despite the failure, SpaceX was able to successfully capture the rocket booster on the launch tower on reentry.
