The French National Assembly of the Lower House voted on Thursday to limit the sale and production of items containing dangerous and highly pollutingly “forever chemicals”. Per- and polyFluoro-alkaline substances (PFA) have been used since the 1940s in mass production of waterproof, stain resistant or non-adhesive objects.
