President Donald Trump’s candidate as FBI’s director, Kash PatelHe urged the leaders to weaken the powerful bureaucrats in Washington for years, calling them part of the “deep state” and politically motivated federal investigators, especially as “gangster”.
If confirmed, he could be the one leading those reforms.
Nicole Parker, a former FBI special agent who spent more than 12 years with an office, has several ideas on where to start.
“In Washington, DC, there was a tangible interruption between line agents and leadership,” she told Fox News Digital. “These observations inform my belief that the FBI is currently suffering from a different lack of leadership and that the FBI future will be directly related to the manner in which the next director solves the problems of the agency.”

Patel presented some of his criticisms of alleged corruption in “Constant Government Bureaucracy” in Book 2023. “The Government Gangsteri: Deep State, Truth and Battle for our Democracy.”
Parker, who said he personally did not know Patela, told Fox News Digital that the next director would be in charge of returning “credibility” to the FBI to the public after years of charges that some investigations were politically motivated to target conservatives, including Trump, including Trump yourself.
She identified five areas that believes that the new director can influence his first day at work.

4. Increase employment standards
