The American president presented a populist program in his speech to the nation.
Donald Trump’s 30-minute inaugural speech was a mix of a sweeping indictment of the policies of the past four years and big promises to fix the United States’ problems.
The US president has promised to send troops to the border with Mexico, boost domestic oil production and impose tariffs on imports.
Trump has also signed more than 200 executive orders implementing some of his announcements.
So what do his words and deeds mean to other nations?
