Fifteen people were killed and more than 20 injured in an Israeli attack on a house in Jabalia, the Gaza Civil Defense Agency announced on Wednesday. The town of Jabalia and the neighboring refugee camp in northern Gaza have been the target of a major Israeli ground and air offensive in recent months.
