Harbhajan Singh indirectly attacks MS Dhoni, defends Rohit Sharma’s SCG Test move: ‘Farak hai bande mein’
Former India off-spinner Harbhajan Singh took a brutal dig at MS Dhoni while praising Team India skipper Rohit Sharma for his call to sit out the ongoing Test against Australia. He, while mocking Dhoni, said that no captain has done that despite losing series time and again in overseas conditions.
Indian national cricket team captain Rohit has taken a large number of calls for the team in the ongoing fifth test against the Australian national cricket team. The match between the two teams is played at the Sydney Cricket Ground in Sydney and is also the last match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25.

Rohit spoke to the media on the second day of the ongoing match and said that he has sided with the team. He admitted that he tried all the things but it didn’t work in his favor and hence he decided to quit the ongoing game and hand over the lead to Jasprit Bumrah.
After Rohit was dropped from the team, Harbhajan Singh shared his opinion on the same, but a fan called out the former Indian cricket team batsman on social media. He said the cricketer-turned-commentator should not share his judgment for slapping Sreesanth in the game.
The fan added that Harbhajan Singh failed to create a narrative that Rohit had given up on the game. He stated that everyone knows that the captain of the Indian national cricket team was dropped because he failed to score a run with the bat. A fan said:

Harbhajan Singh praises Rohit Sharma for his decision, criticizes fan
However, this did not go down well with Harbhajan Singh as he lashed out at the fan, saying that he should listen to his and Sharma’s interview before saying anything. He also applauded Rohit Sharma while probing MS Dhoni. He emphasized:

Rohit’s decision to quit came in the wake of poor results in the Test series. The batsman has failed to get going in the last couple of games and thus allowed Shubman Gill to take over the place in the team. It remains to be seen what his future will be in Tests.
