Glass Lewis recommends Air Products investors support all Mantle Ridge board candidates Reuters

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis (JO:) on Thursday recommended that Air Products and Chemicals (NYSE:) investors elect all four board nominees of activist investor Mantle Ridge.

Mantle Ridge is asking the industrial gases company’s shareholders to elect their nominees, including its founder Paul Hilal, to a nine-member board to help improve operations and ultimately find a new CEO.
