South Korean investigators on Wednesday tried again to arrest impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol over a failed attempt to impose martial law, but were embroiled in clashes after being blocked by his guards. Yoon has resisted arrest since a short-lived power grab on Dec. 3 plunged the country into its worst political crisis in decades, after he ordered soldiers to storm parliament in a failed attempt to prevent lawmakers from voting on his move.
