Bill Maher Shocked to Admit “Trump Is Cool Now,” Says Sports Players Love the President


“Real Time” host Bill Maher seemed stunned by his confession President Donald Trump now it is considered “cool”.

“Here’s how bad the Democrats are F — ed up: Trump is cool now,” Maher said during a panel discussion Friday night. “He’s not just the most powerful guy in the world and pretending to be the richest, he’s actually kind of something [cool] at 78! “

“I mean, rappers like him, athletes do it,” Maher continued while gesturing to Trump’s iconic dance. “I made fun of him, two guys at once, and now he owns it. And now they’re doing it!”

“I mean, country people are gay for Trump!” He added.

ESPN host Stephen A. Smith suggested Democrats were to blame for Trump’s rise to fame, insisting liberal A-listers “loved him until he ran for office.”

“You know what would be nice about this country? … do we have to have a celebrity president?” Khanna complained. “I mean, is it all about being cool? How can you be cool because the president is actually helping people?”

“That horse has left the barn,” Maher replied.

Earlier in the conversation, Maher and Smith blasted Democrats for being so far to the left that it allowed Trump to be elected to a second term.

“The man was on the loose twice. He was convicted of 34 felonies, and the American people still said he was closer to normal than what we see on the left,” Smith said.

“Exactly,” agreed Maher. “

“Why?” Smith continued. “Because, for example, something related to talking about the transgender community, you’re talking about issues that affect less than 1% of the population, the Democratic Party came across as if it was a priority over other issues.”
