As an entrepreneur, I am very grateful that this country has re-embraced that growth and success are key drivers of our culture in America.
You can see the excitement of leaders everywhere about the direction of the country. When even Amazon’s Jeff Bezos and Meta Mark Zuckerberg embrace President-elect Donald Trump, you know the distractions of the past four years are in the rearview mirror. Trump’s inauguration on Monday will be filled with enthusiasm about our future.
We win as a society through progress and innovation. Those who lead us through it should be respected and admired, not hated for their success. This culture of hatred and division for those who are successful is no longer trendy.

America is a model for every other country in the world and capitalism is the reason we have dominated for more than 200 years. While many like to criticize America, they all want to live here, and almost all of our domestic critics would never live anywhere else. Finally, there is momentum to not let critics rule the day and for our country to focus on the core values that have positioned us as a leader on the world stage.
We are going back to the roots that made this country the best country in the world.
As a country, I fully believe that we must take care of those who are not so well off. There needs to be a healthy debate about how to ensure this. Caring for those less fortunate is a duty we must all share.

The problem is that these challenges were at the center of every discussion. This has resulted in an exhausted population – both Republicans and Democrats are tired of every incident being attended by politically correct police.
It’s impossible to have a real discussion about important topics or do your best work when you’re held back by the possibility that you’ve inadvertently done or said something that could ruin your career. Our culture has allowed this to happen and, finally, almost everyone agrees that it needs to stop.
All social movements result in major changes and move us forward as a society. But movements can go too far and create collateral damage.

The immediate collateral damage is that speaking freely from the heart is so carefully monitored that any imperfection results in cancellation. Result? ALL the greatness of innovation and business success that creates jobs, progress and growth is pursued as greed.
The hero worship of Luigi Mangione, a suspect accused of the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson December 4th in Manhattan is just the latest example of a country that has gone too far, and the horrific fires in LA are an example of priorities focused on anything but the preservation of human life.
However, it is clear that the presidential elections in November and constant support for Donald Trump is proof that the pendulum is finally coming back.
