Amorepacific Named Honorary Winner of CES 2025 Innovation Award by Investing.com
The artificial intelligence-based generative makeup app marks the company’s sixth consecutive win at CES

‘WANNA-BEAUTY AI’, winner of the AI Innovation Award, is a voice-activated chatbot application that leverages generative artificial intelligence to help users discover their ideal makeup look and experience a personalized virtual try-on. The application first analyzes the skin tone, facial features and proportions of the user’s photos. The AI solution, trained with the make-up artist’s data, then offers make-up recommendations and virtual try-ons. Users can also virtually try on someone else’s makeup on their faces, all easily through a voice consultation interface.
The patented solution, developed to provide customized makeup for individual customers, incorporates Amorepacific’s image diagnostic technology and AI image generation technology developed in collaboration with KAIST. ‘WANNA-BEAUTY AI’ will be presented at the Venetian Expo Innovation Awards Showcase.
Amorepacific will also showcase its latest beauty technologies at CES. The company’s proprietary ‘AI Skin Analysis & Care Solution’ technology will be incorporated into the Samsung Electronics’ ‘MICRO LED Beauty Mirror’ and featured on Samsung Electronics’ First Look cabin. By combining camera-based optical skin diagnosis with contact-type skin diagnosis, the ‘AI Skin Analysis Solution’ can offer detailed skin diagnosis and care recommendations.
