Agent Anti-Trump FBI responsible for the opening of the Jack Smith case against the President: whistleblower
EXCLUSIVE: Washington – previously identified Trump FBI agent He allegedly interrupted the protocol and played a critical role in the opening and improvement of the original investigation of the Office regarding the 2020 election, by tying the President Donald Trump They discovered a probe without enough prediction, the posts of whistleblowers received by Senator Chuck Grassley were discovered.
This investigation of Trump was formally opened on the FBI on April 13, 2022, and was known inside the bureau as “Arctic frost,“Fox News Digital found out.
Chairman of the Senate Committee Chuck Grassley and a permanent podododbo on investigations, President of the investigation, Ron Johnson, shared internal E -Mail and FBI prediction – a legally protected announcement of whistleblowers – exclusively with Fox News Digital.
Senators say the documents prove that the genesis of the federal election case of Trump has started with the hands of the Special Agent of FBI, the indebted Timothy Thibault.
Fox News Digital reported exclusively in 2024 that Thibault was discharged from the FBI after breaking Hatch Act in his political posts on social media. Previous whistleblowers claimed that Thibault showed the “Active Public Partisanism Form”, which probably influenced the investigations involved in Trump and Hunter Biden.
Grassley first publicly discovered the existence of a whistleblower publication during a hearing for the confirmation of the Senate Committee on the Trump candidate that he performed the duty of the FBI director, Kash Patel, on Thursday.
One E -one, which Fox News Digital received and examined, revealed that Thibault communicated with a subordinate agent on February 14, 2022.
Thibault said: “Here is a draft of the opening of the language we talked about,” and the material attached that will later become part of the cases of voter Jack Smith.
The second e -A -sent Thibault sent on February 24, 2022 to the prosecutor in the US lawyer’s office for Columbia District, John Crabb, says: “I had a discussion with the team for the case and we believe that there is a prediction to include former President of the United States Donald J. Trump as an intended item. ”
The sources, however, told Fox News Digital that Thibault had taken a lawsuit to open an investigation and included Trump, although unauthorized to open criminal investigations in their role – only special agents have the powers to open criminal investigations.
The second e -A -sent, sent on the same day, notes that he will seek approval from State Attorney Merrick Garland and FBI director Christopher Wray to open the case.
Then, on February 25, 2022, sent by subordinate agent Michelle Ball, Thibault says Trump and others added to others as a criminal case.
Thibault replied, “Perfect.”
The fifth E -with, examined by Fox News Digital, reveals that Thibault E is the most of the inquisition -opening version. However, this e -mail did not include Trump as a criminal object.
The sixth e -Posta, of April 11, 2022, shows Thibault, which approves the opening of the Arctic Frost, and the next E -fetch, on April 13, 2022, was from FBI’s agent Thibault, saying that the Deputy Director of the FBI approved his opening.
The second e -A -examined Fox News Digital shows that Thibault E -An -clerk John Crabb has informed him that the coach has been approved.
Crabb replied, “Thanks a lot. Let’s talk next week.”
“Between March 22 and April 13, there were other versions of the document that opened the investigation, as the ninth E -Shig shows that the Office of General Advisor FBI edited March 25,” Grassley said during Patel’s certificate Thursday. “Has Trump still removed as an investigative entity? If so, what kind of Ministry of Justice and FBI officials – except Jack Smith – later added to him for criminal persecution?”
The records of E -Stand shows that the Officer in the Public Integrity Section of the Ministry of Justice, Richard Pilger, examined and approved the investigation of the FBI -A Arctic Frost, authorizing the impression to move forward with the crime investigation throughout the terrain and the great jury which was ultimately transformed into a special lawyer Jack Smith’s case Trump-Elector.
In 2021, Grassley published a report that caused concern about Pilger’s DOJ.
Fox News Digital first reported in July 2022. Grassley warned Attorney General Merrick Garland that Thibault and Pilger “are deeply involved in the opening and conduct of investigations related to the elections against President Trump.”
At that time, Whistleblowers told Grassley that the foreseen document of Thibault-Pilger’s investigation was based on information from “liberal non-profit American supervisors.”
In the opening of an investigation sent to the above levels of the DOJ for approval, however, whistleblowers argued that Thibault and Pilger “removed or watered materials associated with the aforementioned leftist entities that existed in previous versions and recommended a complete investigation- not a preliminary investigation- to be approved. “
Based on Smith’s memorandum of scope, Grassley and Johnson, 2022, wrote that Thibault-Pilger’s investigation was involved in the special lawyer’s jurisdiction.
They also pointed out that Smith had a previous relationship with Pilger. Smith was in charge of the Public Integrity Unit, while Pilger was in charge of the crime election branch.
Grassley and Johnson, 2022, began to sound alarm that special advisor Jack Smith “supervised an investigation that is allegedly defective in his initial steps and an investigation that his former subordinate [Pilger] was included in the opening. ”
Former State Attorney Merrick Garland has appointed Smith, former Officer of the Ministry of Justice, as a special advisor in November 2022.
Smith, a former US lawyer’s assistant and head of the Public Integrity Department, has been investigating Trump’s retention of classified documents after leaving the White House and whether the former president obstructing an investigation by the Federal Government in that issue.
Smith was also tasked with supervising the investigation whether Trump or other officials and entities interfered with peaceful transmission of government after the Presidential Election 2020, including a certificate of voting at the Faculty of Election 6 January 2021.
Smith accused Trump in both cases, but Trump declared that he was not guilty.
He rejected the Classified Record Case in July 2024. The US District Court for Southern Florida County Judge Aileen Cannon, who ruled that Smith was illegally appointed by a special lawyer.
