Our team is continually impressed with our LSF community. All the women in this community worked their asses off and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this 6 week challenge so strong and your transformations, inside and out, were AMAZING!

Allison’s story:
“I’ve always struggled with my self-confidence. When I took my previous photos, I was in tears looking at them. I was at my heaviest (including when I was pregnant). I didn’t recognize my own body and knew it was time to get serious and loosen up.
I knew I could no longer make excuses, I had to change for myself and for my future health. So I followed Move application of training, completing each. I joined the accountability group SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas. Stayed committed to following 7-day weight loss and HBMPand I followed the 40 day fast with my sister.
I started the journey hoping and praying that I could stick with it and not give up. So many encouraging women in the LSF community kept me going! Meal plans have helped take the planning and guesswork out of it. And I think that was the key to my success.
Not only did I get stronger physically, but my confidence grew! I have been struggling with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, vertigo, and hormonal issues since 2020. Since changing my diet and getting my body moving, I have never felt better! My migraines are non-existent, my anxiety is MUCH better, I have ridiculous amounts of energy (I wake up at 5:30), and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF was the key to getting me back.”

Natalie’s Story:
“I gained 35+ lbs in my late thirties and hated every little thing about my body. It was extremely difficult for me to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction to change. I was tired. Tired of feeling tired, tired of not leaving the house because I had nothing to wear, tired of feeling bad every day. That’s when I decided to join the spring weight loss challenge.
In just 6 weeks I gained a confidence I didn’t know I had, I gained a new happiness to get up early in the morning, I gained an appreciation for my body and what it can do, I gained a new relationship with food and learned how to nourish my body, I gained a community full of support, love and encouragement, not to mention I’ve lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit so much better!
For me, this is just the beginning! I’m committed to being the best I’ve ever been and I can thank Katie and the LSF team/community for that. I am so grateful and proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited for more! Good things come to those who sweat!”

“I started this challenge as a reset for the new year to hold myself accountable to commit to exercising with move the app every day and closely monitoring HBMP. I also really wanted a support system for this challenge so I started #teamlsfslay and these women have been amazing motivating me and sharing their support throughout the challenge. I don’t think I could have stayed as consistent without them! This challenge got me into the habit of constantly exercising and eating right.”
PINK HEART RECIPIENT
Our Pink Heart award goes to a member of the #teamLSF community who not only stayed dedicated to her own fitness journey, but also extremely encouraged her fellow #teamlsf girls! For each challenge, we ask members to send people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.
selena – Lost 11 pounds
“I’ve lost 17 pounds since starting Feel Good 14 challenge(11 of which I’ve lost since starting SSD).
I stuck to the meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I treat ourselves better.
While it all seems amazing, this challenge had a lot less to do with achieving my weight loss goals and more to do with cheering on the LSF girls who have cheered me on at every past challenge.
My reason is to encourage others when they don’t believe in themselves or don’t get encouragement from the people in their lives, and maybe even achieve their dreams.”

We received SO many amazing entries for this challenge that it was nearly impossible to just highlight our grand prize winner, runner-up, and pink heart recipient. We wanted to give a shout out to these amazing members who also had crazy transformations and heartwarming stories!

Lost: 5 lbs
“I decided to make a change/tweak, if you will, regulating my workout time and sleep cycle. I started coming home for lunch to make my own healthy meals at home and pack my workout clothes to take with me to change into after work. What going to the gym myself first helped me start working out earlier, which made me go to dinner earlier, and then I slept more in my body and I can see my body getting sculpted, ripped, leaner!”

Lost: 11 lbs
“I fully committed to SSD and worked on my physical health, but more importantly my mental health, which in turn helped my physical health even more. This challenge was my first time using meal plans and I loved it It was great to have a quick, simple and effective plan laid out in front of me (just like Move application for my exercises) so I wasn’t always thinking about what I should make for a meal! I even found a few new favorites (salmon and Greek yogurt) that were before HBMP I didn’t know I liked it so much.
There will always be challenges, but I have taken them one day at a time and will continue to do so. I am very grateful to the #teamlsf girls who encourage and support me. That’s what I love about these challenges – we do it together!
I would say the biggest win since SSD is that I FINALLY got into a rhythm of exercise and protein in the morning. I’ve been trying to make it work for a long time and this time it actually stuck! Whoops! I showed up everyday and made small changes that added up and I’m proud of my hard work and results.”

“I’ve participated in a few of your challenges and I feel like this one has changed me the most. This time I did the hot body meal plan and I feel like I’ve been able to transform my idea of healthy eating and I’ve set some real healthy habits, I’ve managed to lose 6 .5 to now 8 pounds, and since using this app I’ve lost 23 pounds!”
