How to prepare for our summer challenge
Our Summer Shape Up Challenge coming up! Are you ready to get fit, build confidence and feel your best in just 6 weeks!?
We’ve put together a list of 10 things to do first we start on July 8 so you feel prepared and have all the tips for success this summer!
To-do list before summer:
1. Bikini Body Detox Meal Plan
On July 7th, the day before we start SSU, join us in doing the Bikini Body Detox Plan, to detox your body and get ready to reach your fitness goals! You will get this plan for FREE when you sign up here.
2. Meal preparation
One of the keys to success during the challenge is meal preparation. Take some time to plan your meals for the week so you can stay on track with your nutritional goals.
This makes it much easier to eat healthy during the week, so you don’t rush and reach for unhealthy meals and snacks.
3. Take photos before
Taking photos before is essential to track your progress + qualify for the grand prize!
Hold up your SSU 2024 sign (in the SSU Playbook) so we can confirm this is a real photo before this challenge!
What to do:

Bright, natural lighting

Tight clothing/sports bra and shorts

Vertical and whole body

Front, side, back

A clean background (like a wall or door)

Wear the same clothes before and after!
You don’t need to:
- Dark, shadowy lighting
- Loose clothes
- Messy background
- Long shots

4. Summer Shape Up meal plan

5. Download Move
All challenge workouts will be in my MOVE app! And, if you are new to MOVEyou will get 30 days FREE.
6. Set clear goals
Define your goals for SSU. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving endurance, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.
7. Keep notes to track progress
Record your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be the key to tracking your progress + celebrating your achievements at the end of Summer Shape Up.
8. Join an accountability group
We strongly believe that accountability groups are a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey. With Summer Shape Up coming up, we want to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! See the post at @teamlsf how to join the group!
9. Schedule exercise time
Block out time in your calendar or planner for your workouts. Make it a priority by scheduling it in advance and treating it like any other important meeting!
10. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
Remember to drink plenty of water during the challenge. Staying hydrated is critical to overall health, energy levels, and post-exercise recovery. You can also make drinking water more fun by adding a scoop Wing Woman or Natural beauty😉
