How to get out of the fitness frenzy

Although most of the girls from LSF community live in different cities, states, and countries, working out with an LSF child remotely can provide you with a virtual workout buddy that can help you stay motivated and accountable. You can schedule time to work out at the same time to make it more fun + motivate each other!

5. Set small, achievable goals

Instead of focusing on a big, daunting goal, break it down into smaller, more attainable micro goals. Celebrate your progress along the way and use those small victories to keep you motivated and on track.
