Another fire broke out in Pasadena due to strong Santa Ana winds
As firefighters battle a fast-moving brush fire in Pacific Palisades, a second inferno broke out in nearby Pasadena.
Two fires drive more than 30,000 people from their homes. An estimated 200 acres are now burning in the Pasadena area as firefighters battle the Eaton Fire. Eaton firefighters are initiating evacuations as the fire continues to progress.
Strong Santa Ana winds grounded aerial firefighting aircraft, disabling them from flying and hampering aerial water bombing efforts.
