“Canada continues to manipulate their dairy market by booking a vast majority of their quotas for tariffs (TRQS) for Canadian processors, causing charging rates to remain low in several categories of dairy products, including surautic powder, powdered milk and industrial use cheese,” they said.
Wisconsin, where Baldwin comes from, was one of the top five countries for milk production in 2023, according to the Ministry of Agriculture (USDA).
