A Captain of a Land Casting Ship to an American Tanker is a Russian citizen, says the owner

The Captain of a Lawing Ship who crashed into a tanker who wore a jet fuel for the US Army is a Russian citizen, the owner of the vessel said on Wednesday. The 59-year-old man was arrested by British police on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
