The English and Australian one -off test of the 150th anniversary of 2027 will be a game held on Melbourne Cricket Groun on a daily night.

The commemorative test, from March 11 to March 15, 2027, will be the first male conflict between the pink ball in MCG.

Australia beat England in Women’s Pepel earlier this year in the first test of the day in the evening.

McG hosted the first test match in 1877 and a 100 -year test in 1977, and both Australia won with 45 rides.

Announcing the match, Crickket Australia Todd Greenberg, Executive Director, said: “Test 150. Anniversary at MCG will be one of the great crisis events, and playing under the lights will be a fantastic way to celebrate and a rich heritage of our game and test modern evolution.

“These seasonal series Ashes will collect an appetite for this conflict in exactly two years, and we look forward to celebrating this historic opportunity as we approach.”

England went to Australia later this year for the ashes with five matches that starts in Perth in November.
