Oil tanker and cargo ship collide in the North Sea
The oil tanker and a cargo ship collided on Monday along the coast of Eastern England and a major rescue operation is underway, the British Coast Guard said.
Several rescue boats and helicopter to rescue the Coast Guard were shipped to the scene in the North Sea, along with the coastal guard aircraft and nearby vessels with ability to fight fire.
BBC News reported that oil tanker was set on fire. The tanker, which is believed to be an American carrier of chemical and petroleum products of MV Steno is imagied, was then anchorage, states in finding ship vessels of ships.
The naval and coastal agency said the alarm was raised at 9:48 in the morning. The location of the collision is near the coast of Hula, about 155 miles north of London.
