Gwyneth Paltrow admitted that alcohol self-treatment was stressed by fire in January.
During the recent episode “Goop Podcast”, Paltrow shared that her symptoms in menopause began to increase as she drank alcohol daily during the month of January.
“I’m really in a crowd right now, so I’m everywhere,” Paltrow said. “But I noticed that my symptoms, like, were quite under surveillance, unless, in January, when the fire was happening in LA. I used alcohol for its purpose.”
