Marocco has indebted that President Donald Trump dismantled USAID and told the legislators to watch the contracts and scholarships awarded by the Agency.

“Mr. Marocco was very clear in discovering waste that takes place outside and pointing to the way many of these programs in the country and USAID were imagined that they were not responsible,” he said.
